Our clients worldwide consistently compliment us on our superior service manner and ability to fill their implementation requirements accurately and efficiently. MJ Partners, Inc. is a privately held practice, owned and managed by Joseph Waller and Michelle Soucie.

CEO, Joe Waller, brings more than 31 years Manufacturing and Distribution expertise, in addition to 15 years JD Edwards experience to the MJ Partners, Inc. team. After graduating from Villanova University, Joe gained practical manufacturing, marketing, sales and business management experience with companies such as Control Data Corporation and Unisys Corporation, ultimately becoming a Consultant for JD Edwards in 1991. After three years with the company, Joe was awarded a business partnership with the JD Edwards Midwest region in 1994. His strong application, technical and management capabilities have enhanced his ability to recruit unsurpassed talent, in turn, allowing him to grow MJ Partners, Inc. to 50 consultants.

Michelle Soucie, CFO and Administrative Manager of MJ Partners, Inc., has 14 years professional staffing experience and over 23 years of administrative support. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, after which she trained and worked for various staffing enterprises including those owned by Control Data Corporation and International Dairy Queen. A natural transition for Michelle, she manages the marketing and placement of MJ Partners, Inc. consultants, as well as the administrative operations of the company.
